Getting there

This is a destination wedding.

From Perth, Western Australia: Drive approximately 5 hours southeast along Albany Highway and South Coast Highway to Bremer Bay.

From Albany (via plane), WA: Fly to Albany, then drive 2 hours east on South Coast Highway to Bremer Bay.

Accommodation

Having you close

Bremer Bay Caravan Park and the Bremer Bay Resort are preferred! It would be great to have as many of you as close by as possible.

On the day of the wedding, there will be a shuttle to and from the venue.

Please note: The Caravan Park is holding the chalets, cabins and some van sites for the "Maroni/Macdonald Wedding, 27-30th March 2026" until mid-May 2025. Please call ASAP to reserve you site. If you plan on camping, we recommend asking for a camp site on Boogie St, Ramsay St or Struggle St in the Main Caravan Park (see: https://bremerbaycaravanpark.com.au/location/).

What to wear

The dress code is formal. We will be on a variety of surfaces including grass, gravel and wood so keep this in mind when choosing footwear.

The weather in Bremer Bay loves to keep you guessing—expect everything from sunshine to wind, and maybe even a dash of hail (the Southern Ocean likes to keep things interesting).

Plus one's?

We are VERY sorry, but we have limited capacity and cannot accommodate plus ones, kids, or pets at the ceremony or reception. Please do not bring plus ones or RSVP for people not on the original invite. We especially want to extend our apologies to our interstate and international guests (!!) and truly appreciate how challenging this limitation might be for you.

We’d love to see you, your partners, kids, and extended crew throughout the weekend and the week after—we’ll be around and camping in Bremer, and everyone’s welcome to join! There’ll be a relaxed recovery day the morning after the wedding too, if you're keen.

Food & drinks

We are planning a cocktail-style reception with delicious bites and a small food van for later. There will be an open bar though!

The day after

On Sunday, the 29th of March, please feel free to join us for beach cricket, sunbathing, coffees and a surf at either Blossoms Beach or Main Beach (wind dependant). We will update this website on the day with the location.
